We are excited to announce that Ms. G\u00fclsev Y\u0131ld\u0131zturan has joined C&B More since April 2021. We are growing rapidly and G\u00fclsev will be expanding our international tax services!<\/p>\n

We are delighted to welcome Ms. G\u00fclsev Y\u0131ld\u0131zturan since her 10 years of experience in international tax planning will help drive C&B More forward.<\/p>\n

G\u00fclsev obtained her Master degree in Dutch Fiscal Law at the Rotterdam Erasmus University and is specialised in Dutch corporate tax law. Her areas of practice are mainly Dutch corporate income tax and international tax planning. She advises multinational clients on establishing tax efficient structures including: international tax planning, (re)structuring of (international) groups and finance transactions. She is a Fellow Member of the Dutch Organisation of Tax Lawyers (NOB).<\/p>\n

As international operations grow, develop, and change, so do the related challenges. Various fiscal matters may arise in this respect, such as restructuring, relocation, tax office queries, or transfer pricing queries. We are specialized in providing international tax advice services, corporate and income tax compliance services, requesting advance tax rulings, transfer pricing service and VAT services.
